Well it's been a really eventful few days. Tuesday, I along with several various members of SG met with President-elect Piavis at Coldstone's. It went surprizing well and I think we'll have a highly talented Executive Branch next year if all goes well. I presumed some things about certain people that I have found to be not entirely true. I always enjoy it when people surprize me in a positive way. 

Tonight's Senate meeting was interesting to say the least. Hisham was elected Senate President Pro-Tem and Grayson was elected Sergant-at-Arms so I'm pretty stoked about that. After that all hell broke loose as President-elect Piavis addressed the Senate as "the Pirate Captain", he even answered questions in Pirate-speak. As expected, the costume and demeanor pissed off most of the Senate. Hopefully we can have a meeting with the most vocal members of the Senate, so that they can really see Whil's(the Pirate Captain) vision for student government. I truly believe that the biggest hurdle we are going to face next year, is getting people to take us seriously.

Well I gotta paper that I must get started on, so I'm out.

What's up everyone, I've finally got on to Xanga! The name is Dave Foxx, currently a freshman majoring in Political Science and History. Right now I'm currently bored out of my mind after writing an eight page political science paper and I needed something to do. I'm currently trying to gettin my schedule finalized for next semester and this summer. Oh yeah, for anyone that might be attending NCSU; Chancellor Oblinger's Installation is Wednesday at 10:30 in Reynolds Coliseum, so come out.

This semester has really been crazy not only have the classes been slightly more rigorous but I was the campaign manager for The Big Ticket campaign. While neither my Student Body President candidate or Student Senate President candidate won, we did manage to get four student senators elected. Not too bad for my first campaign; more importantly I got to know some really fantastic people and I think we'll remain friends. I don't mind working with the guys that won; I actually think they can do a good job. Anyway my friends James, Grayson, and Adam all got elected. As well as DJ, Ticora, Hisham and Clyde. I think Student Senate will do a great job this coming year because there are some highly motivated people there. My boy Ab auditioned for the Real World and made it to the next round. He's already planning his facial expressions in the confessional. My goal is to get my GPA up to a 3.7 by the end of next year so I'm going to have a little less play time.

Anyways I gotta jet so I'm out.
